I was shocked when I realized that this year’s attendance at the Claremont Village Halloween Parade was our FOURTH year there…crazy! Time is seriously FLYING by!
This tradition ALL started back in 2009 with my Mommy Group…or as we call ourselves BSB (Babies Supporting Babies!) I’ve blogged about our “events"/gatherings” a few times here, here and here…and last years parade post here
How we braved the crowds with 6 month olds shocks me…and me on chemo…crazy…
Now the kids are walking…even more of a nightmare! haha And Kristen prego with the 1st of the 2nd generations!
More 2nd generations are now here…and the kids actually kind of “get” the whole idea of the parade…
And this year we were missing 2 mommies and a few babies…Courtney with RJ and Ava and Maria with Sophia and Aeva.
And even though one of the mommies had to work…a Daddy came through and brought one of the BSB babies to join the fun!! 
Our 3.5 year olds…Owen, Gwen, Abbi, Edward and Sophia…missing is RJ!
This year we didn’t have a stroller…it was weird. My lazy little man was “tired of walking” before the parade even started. Up until today I was still debating whether a double stroller would be needed when Baby Girl gets here but today solidified the fact that YES we will need a double stroller!! haha
Owen is still very iffy around crowds…and seems to be terrified of monsters, ghosts or ANYTHING half way scary. On the way to the parade he was telling me that today we are NOT going trick or treating…(he’s SUPER scared of the thought of walking around in the dark). I’m hoping when the night comes he’ll be ok!! But the whole parade he did well…held TIGHTLY onto mine AND Nana’s hand most of the way through…sweaty palms of his and all. Poor kid.
All I could think about this year was….it’s the last year of “easiness”…one kid is easy…and ALL my friends remind me of that often!! haha Next year our little lady will be 8ish months old…wow…BUT we will be back Claremont Village parade…we will be back!
