This birthday wasn’t a big one…well not in my busy life anyway.
But it was pretty cool the way my husband made me feel pretty special all day!
Started with my morning of finding a card and a present hidden in my car on my way to work. New rainbow sandals…yessss.
Got to work and my awesome friends got me some donuts….darnit…I didn’t wanna eat them but “had” to!
My 2nd period students are so cute…and a few of them actually got me presents!! I felt so loved.
My husband sent me the largest bouquet of roses I have ever seen! Actually….the ladies in the front office said it was the biggest they have ever seen as well! I counted…it was 35 roses…GEEZUS.
And Yosh thought it would be really funny to give extra credit to any of his students who found me, made a Happy Birthday sign and take a selfie with me. haha So all day they were finding me…in the stadium, in my office, everywhere.
Birthday workout of Yoga (NOT my pick!) and a birthday lunch with my co-workers…to celebrate all our April birthdays!
After work I found another present in my car…MORE sandals! And what was funny was me trying to get that HUGE bouquet home…it was pretty entertaining.
Came home to a “surprise party”. It was Nana and the kids…it was so cute! The kids were SO excited to hide and jump out yelling SURPRISE!!
More presents…New sunglasses! Yessss.
Yummy dinner with just my FiveFamily at Black Angus. Its an old family regular that I havent been to in years…and it was pretty darn good!
Then ended my great day with some cuddling with the most important people in my world.
I don’t mind getting older. I’m healthy. Very happy. And trying to better myself physically, mentally and emotionally everyday. I couldn’t ask for more…wellll maybe a trip to a warm tropical beach wouldn’t hurt. haha
