Easter has kind of become “our” holiday! All our holidays are very similar in our family…turkeys, hams, potatoes, salads, rolls, corn, pie’s. haha But that's us!
Our Easter Bunny was very good to the kids…
The kids spent the morning playing with all the goodies the Easter Bunny brought them.
Owen was pounding for gems.
Then we had all the fam over for some swimming before dinner!
I swear my house isn’t big enough to host anymore…THANK GOD my family don’t mind the way we make it all happen and let us be together.
After dinner we hung out…Nana made me a birthday cake…and we sang 3 times. Once for me, once for Owen and once for Uncle Mike…all the April babies in the fam.
Then time for family pictures…and I make us take a pic so I can compare our growth every year.
So here are the Easter Family pictures since Yosh and I got married…pretty crazy!
I’m so happy Yosh and I remember to take a picture of “our family” every Easter since we got married in 2006. We have spent Easters at my parents house, our townhouse, my great-aunt Deedee’s in Pacific Palisades, Souza’s in Redlands, VanSoests and our current house too! Lots of places!
Another picture that is our traditional picture is the one of Owen on Yosh’s shoulder.And I’ll admit it…the first year Yosh did it Owen was only 6 days old and I almost killed him…but now looking back I’m glad he started doing this. And really can’t wait to see 16 year old Owen and Daddy’s shoulder bahahahaha
We love Easter for some weird reason. Well…actually I LOVE Easter. I could do without Thanksgiving…but Easter and Christmas are musts! haha
