I have NO clue how people have “real” jobs?!?!? I love the summer…and when I think back to the summers before we had our own children I wonder…WHAT THE HECK did we do with our time??? We slept! We ate well! We drank! Oh yeah…we coached polo all summer. (What were we thinking??) But we also got lots of time with our fur-children and friends too…lots of river fun!!

Now we don’t run summer water polo leagues…and we keep busy enjoying our quality time with OUR real children (fur babies are gone) and friends. Its so great.
Since being back from Ireland we have really loaded up the calendar with play dates at the beach AND our new pool.

Pool fun…
My solo day at beautiful San Elijo State Beach/Campground…solo meaning no hubs…but met up with some friend who were camping there for a few days though.
And more pool play…Owen and I love when Ella takes long mid-day naps…we get some quality time together.
And Owen loves me videoing him jumping into the water. My LifeProof case for my iphone 5 is so awesome. Its waterproof and seals but I still get to touch my actual screen. There isn’t a layer…I love it. It makes for some funny times trying to get good underwater pictures! haha
Of course we miss the days of laying around….just Yosh and I…doing nothing BUT I’ll take the craziness of my kids anyday! Especially since my nice hubs lets me sleep an extra few hours some mornings.
But we love our summer time. We love our pool. A few more weeks off before starting back to work AND Owen will be starting KINDERGARTEN! OMG. I’m nervous.
