Back To School

This week has been very busy…with school starting our lives move back into a routine…but our bodies are still fighting it so much and want to stay on Summer Mode.  Even for Owen…he likes waiting up late (8:30-9pm)…but this being up at 6am is kickin’ his little booty. So we all struggle to shift our bodies back onto “school time”.  Its weird to think that our little baby will be starting kinder in 2 years…imagine him in real school…oh gosh!! I look back at my little man on his first and last day of daycare last school year…so cute…

Oh the change from the first day and the last…(I can’t wait to do this every year before school too!! He just loves it (not)).

And now, 3 months later, we sent him off for another great year at Martha’s Daycare…

His superman backpack doesn’t take up his whole body anymore…so that’s good. He’s finally growing and we did have to purchase NEW black sandals this summer…he’s finally in a size 8 shoe! My tiny lil guy! haha I pray he grows up to be an average size man…not too small! haha

I love that we have found a place that Owen loves so much…and a person who was once a stranger to our family but now someone that loves my son dearly and he loves back! It’s a great feeling! All summer he asked about Martha…and all his friends there. Owen was so excited to tell Martha that he was a big boy now…he doesn’t realize he saw her only 2 1/2 months ago.

So another school year started…at least this year I’ll be getting a mid-year little vacay…heehee…not really. Juggling 2 kids will be an adventure that I can’t wait to start!! I lied…I can wait…but will be ready when January-February time comes!
